献丑
周日独自在家,格外清闲,入菜场采购若干,入厨房大肆操办,结果菜量太大,吃了一半就放下了筷子
现贴图如下,做个记号,希望今后有长进。献丑了
没想到萝卜和腊肉都太咸,晚上要再加工一下
第一次做武昌鱼,总体不错,应该加点红辣椒调点颜色,这样看卖相不好
花菜烫得不够,颜色有些单调,下次改进
